📌 Renewal reminders appear 56 days (8 weeks) before the renewal date and stay visible until the policy is marked Renewed = Yes.

💳 Payment follow-ups appear immediately once Renewed = Yes and Paid = No.

🔄 Once a policy is both renewed and paid, the renewal date automatically rolls forward by 1 year — ready for next cycle.

📥 Use Import CSV to bulk-load policies. The CSV must have headers: ClientName, Insurer, PolicyNumber, Product, Premium, RenewalDate, Renewed, Paid.
